Meet Blake Propst

Born and raised right here in Music City, I am a true Nashville Native who knows every neighborhood, hidden gem, and back road like the back of my hand. For more than 10 years, I've helped buyers, sellers, and investors turn their real estate goals into Reality in one of the country's most dynamic markets. As an active Real Estate Investor myself, I have successfully flipped dozens of homes in Nashville, turning dated houses into modern showpieces that sell fast for top dollar. My hands-on experience gives me a unique edge when it comes to spotting potential, maximizing value, and navigating renovations. I am also a seasoned short-term rental owner and a recognized STRP expert. I own and operate multiple high-performing Airbnb properties in Nashville, so I understand the regulations, the revenue strategies, and the day-to-day details completely. When you work with me, you're not just getting an agent—you're getting a partner who is invested in Nashville's growth and is passionate about helping you build wealth through real estate. Let's turn your Nashville dreams into an address.
